INSURANCE OPTIONS
I partner with The Lactation Network (TLN) to make it possible for you to use your insurance and get breastfeeding consults covered for free! Do you have BCBS PPO, Anthem, United Healthcare PPO, Provider Network of America (PNOA), Humana PPO, Companies that have Multiplan, Valuepoint, PHCS Logo on the card or VA CCN (VA CCN)?

We will both hear from TLN, usually within 24hrs, if they are able to accept your insurance plan or not.

I’m also in-network with Aetna. Aetna typically covers up to 6 lactation visits. It is your responsibility to check with Aetna to verify your plan is covered for lactation services.

Go ahead and book your consult. Pick the “Aetna Client” consults.

Contact Aetna and ask if your plan requires a doctor referral for lactation services. If so, we’ll need that on the day of our consult.
Note: Even though Aetna may tell you you’re covered 100%, some AETNA plans will charge a co-pay/patient responsibility which will be charged with the card you put on file during booking. Please contact me with any questions!
